WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS OR GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE, all of which is provided on a strictly “as is basis” without recourse or warranty, express or implied of any kind whatsoever,  including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The website owner will not be responsible at law or equity, for any images, including but not limited to special, direct, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in any manner connected with the use of information or services, or the failure to provide information or services, from the web.
• We may provide hyperlinks to the third-party site as a convenience to users of our site. Bulkacc.com does not control that site and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third-party sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to website. We will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink.

We calculate age of an account in the same way people calculate their age. For example

• 1 month age: From 1 to 30 days old
• 2 month age: From 31 to 60 days old
• 2 year age: From 366 to 730 days old

1. All products or accounts sold are subject to warranty policy as described available before placing an order. We assume no responsibility for anything that might happen with accounts after the specified period of time. In case of a claim, the clients are obliged to provide convincing evidence of the purchase of the account and images related to the issues after the purchase. In the event that any image or proof is deemed suspicious or unreasonable, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage related. 
2. We are not responsible for showing signs of use or password changes after the purchase. Please give it a try with the minimum amount before placing bulk orders. We disclaim all liability and responsibility for any cases and do not refund in any case. Hence, you’re using accounts at your own risk.
3. Bulkacc also does not manage issues related to wrong payments. Please carefully check a wallet or crypto address before making a payment to avoid conflicts in the future. Accordingly, processing all crypto payments is at your own risk.
4. During the warranty period, we are not responsible for using bulk accounts without proxies nor for managing the quality of your proxies. In case accounts are used or logged in with the same IP or low quality of the proxies, we shall not be liable for locked accounts; thereby no refund or replacement is made. Please, do use better proxies to avoid issues with security of the accounts.
5. Bulkacc DO NOT compensate or accept any losses that might be related to account usage (e.g. investment into accounts, account that does not exist, banned accounts, etc.) in any case. Clients are responsible for all actions performed with purchased accounts, that includes password and access management, recovery information attachment, etc. It is strongly recommended to change password and add recovery information on your own to enhance the value of the account in the long run.
6. Each product has a different guarantee policy, so please check the product description before making a purchase. If there is no guarantee policy mentioned in the product description, we offer a guarantee for 24 hours after the delivery of accounts for any invalid accounts. No guarantees will be provided after the accounts have been successfully logged in.

We respect your privacy and always keep your information confidential PROVIDED THAT accounts are not used for illegal conduct. In case accounts are used for spam or sending out emails or any kinds of messages for abusive purposes, you are fully responsible for all related actions in accordance with law. We shall be obliged to work with competent authorities or disclose the related information to the purchase and sale if requested.

Lists of accounts are stored in a short time only. It’s a client’s responsibility to export and save the accounts’ credentials IMMEDIATELY after the purchase. The information is then permanently removed and there is no way to recover it. Clients are fully responsible for sharing the list to a third party and keeping them private.
